If you find yourself trapped in a loading screen please try clearing your cache. To clear your cache:


  1. Click the menu in your Curio/Oasis browser - the button is in the top-right and looks like three dots
  2. Click on Clear Cache
  3. Click OK when you see the message that your cache will be cleared on restart
  4. Completely exit the Curio/Oasis browser
  5. Restart Oasis
